If there's one thing Stan knows how to do, it's getting both of them into trouble! Oliver is the unwitting victim of his clumsy friend, who inevitably regrets it immediately after unleashing the disaster. How many times have we seen our two heroes grapple with a great job to do? They start with the best intentions, Oliver directs everything like a great team leader, and Stan follows orders. But within minutes, damage is unleashed, and the one who suffers the worst consequences is always Oliver. Their comic timing and acting prowess were at the highest level; the Laurel & Hardy duo remains virtually unsurpassed to this day, a model without equal. No one quite like them was able to convey the sense of comedy through body language and facial expressions: their expressions spoke a universal and timeless language that still makes us laugh as if it were the first time. Inspired by the images of the 1933 film "Busy Bodies," this 1:12 scale car represents an exciting new chapter in our creations featuring the iconic duo Laurel & Hardy. Here, our two heroes are on their way to the woodwork shop, where they will cause no end of havoc, and the car will be just as much a protagonist as they are. We worked meticulously on the original drawings and blueprints of the 1924 Ford Model T Runabout to create an extraordinary, state-of-the-art model. Every single detail has been redesigned, respecting every single detail of the car featured in the film, such as the gramophone in the engine compartment! This model features photo-etched parts, a special paint job with vintage effects, PVC wheels, and two opening hatches: one for the engine compartment on the gramophone side, and the other for the rear trunk, where you can see Stan's tool case. With this car/statue we have taken another step forward in the panorama of high-profile collecting, bringing a unique and unrepeatable piece of its kind to your collection.
