Thunderbird 2 is, for many fans, the most iconic vehicle among all of Gerry Anderson's legendary creations. Piloted by Virgil Tracy, Thunderbird 2 is the mighty transport craft of International Rescue, designed to carry the sophisticated equipment and heavy vehicles needed for rescue missions all over the world.

Continuing Anderson Entertainment's long-awaited premium collectibles line, this new Enhanced Edition of Thunderbird 2 is based on the same highly detailed model as the original edition, and adds further features and accessories that make it possible to recreate some of the most celebrated missions of International Rescue.

Made of die-cast Zamac metal and ABS plastic, the model has a removable equipment pod with an opening hatch, so Thunderbird 2 can be displayed in its classic rescue configuration. The landing legs are removable as well, offering further display options. The set also includes two detailed rescue vehicles that can be loaded inside the pod.

The model was developed from updated 3D designs taken from the original studio models, correcting several discrepancies historically found in other reproductions of Thunderbird 2. The decoration features decals faithful to the television version, with purpose-made dirt and weathering effects inspired by the original models from the TV series, to reproduce the look of the famous craft in the classic Thunderbirds series as accurately as possible.

Thunderbird 2 is presented on a fully sculpted scenic base inspired by the Tracy Island runway. The model and its accessories are protected by an inner foam housing and enclosed in a deluxe display package, with a soft-touch matte interior decorated with a technical schematic, specifications and detailed information about the craft.

Produced in only 3,000 pieces worldwide and accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
