How it works. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, pre-ordered items included; only custom work and items personalised to your specification are excluded. After you send the form we confirm receipt by email (durable medium) and tell you how to ship the return within 14 days. The refund is made within 14 days of your notice, to the original payment method; we may withhold it until we receive the goods.
