SHOWROOM
Our showroom is always open for visits by appointment. Items can be picked up in person at our showroom, where you can view them in person. Please contact us to schedule a pickup or viewing appointment.
SHIPPING COSTS
€0.00 for in-person pickup, otherwise €10.00 Figures - € 20,00 Statue via Express Courier (Delivery takes 2-4 business days after collection throughout Italy, Monday to Friday). Shipping costs within the European Union are €40 Figures - € 60 Statue (Delivery takes 10-15 business days after collection, Monday to Friday).
All shipments are insured.
Upon shipment, we will send you a tracking number so you can check the status of your order on the carrier's website.
For multiple purchases or bulky shipments, shipping costs may be adjusted based on the size and weight of the package.
We ship worldwide. Please request a shipping quote before placing an order.
PAYMENT METHODS
Secure Payments
Major credit/debit cards and PayPal via an encrypted gateway. Data is protected, 3D Secure where applicable.
Payment for purchased products and related shipping costs must be made directly by the customer upon submitting the order confirmation using one of the following payment methods: Bank Transfer, PayPal, or Credit Cards. Shipping takes place upon receipt of the final payment. Cash payment is also possible for in-person pickup. If using a bank transfer, the reason for payment on the bank transfer must include the name of the item ordered.
The goods will be shipped only after the payment has been credited.
If paying via PayPal, we will ship using only the address registered with PayPal.
Payment must be made no later than 5 days after purchase. After this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order, relist the item, and initiate the non-paying buyer procedure.
An invoice must be requested immediately upon order placement, providing all necessary information for proper invoice issuance. An invoice cannot be issued afterward. The invoice will be issued only after we have verified payment for the purchased goods.
RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the courier) acquired possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send an email to info@collezionismopertutti.com indicating the order number and the products you wish to return.
Return Conditions
Products must be intact, complete with packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.
Sealed products that have been opened if opening compromises the hygiene or integrity of the contents, as well as personalized items, are not returnable.
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to pre-orders or any products ordered at the customer's specific request.
Refunds
We refund within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods.
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
If you return the entire order, we will also refund the initial standard shipping costs (any additional charges for expedited or non-standard shipping are not refunded).
If the methods, conditions, and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal, as specified, are not complied with, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid.
Return costs
You are responsible for returning shipping costs, except for defective items or an error by Collezionismo per Tutti. As well as any commission fees retained by external payment platforms (if any).
Defective or Damaged Items
Upon delivery by the carrier, the customer is advised to check the integrity of each part of the package. If the package is damaged, the customer must sign the "WITH RESERVATIONS" receipt, specifying exactly which part of the package is damaged. This check is also necessary for possible activation of transport insurance.
If a product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the external packaging and contents.
All packaging, including the original packaging, must be retained.
The item must be complete with accessories and any manuals, without any missing parts,
Failure to do so will make it impossible to provide and ensure the customer with proper assistance.
The information and documentation relating to the defect will be forwarded to the manufacturer/distributor, who will determine the most appropriate way to handle the issue. Once the defect has been confirmed and ratified by the manufacturer/distributor, the solution provided will be implemented depending on the type of issue (partial/full replacement - partial/full refund).
We will arrange the replacement or refund free of charge.
