Many of the items we carry are available for pre-order (PRE-ORDERS) as they are for future release. During the limited pre-order period established by the manufacturers/distributors, these items benefit from a special price and the opportunity to secure your copy.

 

These items can be pre-ordered using the following methods:

 

Full payment in advance within 5 days of receiving the order confirmation, with an additional 5% discount. Shipping costs will be charged once the item is available for shipping.

 

A deposit of 30% of the total is required within 5 days of receiving the order confirmation, with the remaining balance, including shipping costs, being due upon notification of the item's incoming/ready status. This deposit is non-refundable if, for any reason, the buyer fails to pay the balance.

 

Flexible payment plan. The amount will be divided into a number of monthly payments of the customer's choosing, from the date of pre-order to the expected release date. In any case, the number of payments cannot exceed the item's expected in-stock arrival date. You can specify a fixed payment date within the month. The order will be available for shipment upon arrival in stock after the final payment, which will include shipping costs.

 

International customers must pay import taxes, if applicable, directly to the carrier before delivery.

 

Once the item is in stock/available, we will contact the customer to arrange payment and shipping based on the purchase method chosen during the pre-order process.

 

During the pre-order period, the manufacturer/distributor of the item declares an expected release date. This date is indicative and may vary without notice, even by several months. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for any delays/advances. Once an item has been released in the manufacturer's target market, distribution times vary by several months depending on the location. Typically, the European market has longer delivery times than the Asian and US markets.

 

The images of pre-order products on our website are officially released by the manufacturer when the item is presented and are intended to be representative. The final product may differ from the images shown.

 

Delays caused by the manufacturer and/or any discrepancies between the product and the visual appearance of the pre-order are not acceptable reasons for canceling the order.

 

If the manufacturer provides official communication through its channels declaring that the item will no longer be produced, or reduces the available quantities, forcing us to cancel some pre-orders (based on a date criterion), we will refund the customer the balance/deposit/installment amount.

 

The balance for pre-orders must be paid within 5 days of receiving notification of item arrival. If payment is not received within 5 days, the item will be put back on sale and the deposit will be forfeited. If the customer does not wish to complete the purchase and forfeit the deposit, we appreciate if they notify us of their intentions.

 

The right of withdrawal for pre-orders applies after delivery, as per the Consumer Code; cancellations and refunds apply before delivery, as per the following rules.

 

Pre-order products have an estimated shipping cost. The actual cost can only be calculated once the actual volume of the item has been verified.
